研究方向:
主要研究方向为纳米医用复合材料在组织修复、肿瘤治疗、基因递送及疾病传感检测领域的应用。具体包括:纳米生物修复材料(如:水凝胶敷料、纳米纤维薄膜、微针贴片等)在促伤口愈合、炎症治疗、皮肤护理等方面的应用;纳米生物药剂(如:配位纳米复合材料等)在多机制协同抗肿瘤治疗等方面的应用;mRNA 疫苗载体材料(如:脂质纳米颗粒等)在基因递送、抗肿瘤免疫预防与治疗等方面的应用;纳米复合材料(如:功能化纳米颗粒等)在尿酸、糖尿病因子电化学传感检测等方面的应用。
代表性论文和项目:
目前在高水平期刊上Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Angew Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Control. Release、Chem. Eng. J.等上共发表论文 50 余篇。主持多项国内外横、纵向科研项目,累积科研经费1500余万元。研究成果不仅被国际知名期刊详细介绍,也受到国内外科技媒体平台邀约,以人物专访形式报道;同时担任青岛市药学会委员、Nano TransMed 等期刊编委,以及诸多高水平期刊特邀审稿人。
