全国石油和化工行业重质油碳质化高附加值利用重点实验室主任,山东省电化学储能关键技术重点实验室主任,中国化工学会化工新材料委员会理事,中国电工学会碳-石墨材料专业委员会委员,山东省人民政府学位委员会第一届专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员,山东“十强”产业智库首批专家(新材料智库)。获山东省青年科技奖,全国石油和化工青年突出贡献奖,全国石油和化工优秀科技工作者,入选山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,被评为山东省高校优秀共产党员。Elsevier出版社Sustainable Chemistry for Energy Materials主编,New Carbon Materials、Electron、Carbon Future等刊物编委。主要从事新型碳材料、电化学储能器件和碳基能源催化转化研究,主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家基金重点项目、山东省重点研发计划项目等科研项目30余项,在Nature Communications, Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Advanced Materials, Matter等国际知名刊物发表SCI论文300余篇,获授权中国、美国专利80余项,获省部级科技奖励11项。
