培养具备生物制药、化学制药、中药制药方面基本理论知识、实验技能和工程实践能力,能在制药、生物化工和食品等行业从事产品的研制开发、生产以及应用研究和经营管理等工作的高级工程技术人才。
本专业以化学工程与技术、化学及生物工程为主干学科。采取宽口径人才培养计划,突出制药工艺、设备的开发和工程设计特色,专门研究药物生产的原理、方法、工艺与设备的开发与设计。学生主要学习制药的基本理论与基本知识,受到化工与实验技能、工程实践、计算机应用、科学研究与工程设计方法的基本训练,具备药物的研制、生产、工程设计的能力、创新能力和独立获取知识的能力。
1. 掌握化学制药、生物制药、中药制药、药物制剂技术与工程的基本理论、基本知识;
3. 具有对药品新资源、新产品、新工艺进行研究、开发和设计的基本能力;
4. 熟悉国家关于药物及化工生产、设计、研究与开发、环境保护等方面的方针、政策和法规;
5. 了解制药工程与制剂方面的理论前沿,了解新工艺、新技术的发展动态;
6. 具有一定的产品开发、应用推广、经营管理及营销的能力。
有机化学、物理化学、生物化学、微生物、生物催化、生物分离、药物化学、药理学、天然药物化学、药剂学、制药工程、化工原理、化学制药工艺学、制药工程工艺设计、生物制药工艺学等;
化学与制药基础实验、认识实习、生产实习、计算机应用及上机实践、课程设计、毕业设计(论文)等。
学制四年;毕业最低学分要求:172.5个学分。包括:必修课117.5学分,专业选修课26学分(专业限选课≥12学分,专业任选课≥6学分),通识选修课4个学分,实践环节25个学分。
